Room 8 – Mission to Get NZ On The Map!!

Room 10 create leaf prints with Mrs Preston.

Leaf Prints First we rolled ink onto a leaf. We put the leaf on a piece of paper, and made a paper sandwich. Then we put it on the mini press and turned the handle. We peeled off the leaf and saw our print.

Autumn artwork

In Rooms 11 & 12 we have been focusing our topic around Autumn. We have had lots of discussions and have done plenty of artwork including observational drawings, leaf smudging and our leaf creations. We ended up with foxes, flowers, turtles, butterflies and plenty more. The kids were very creative!
